Shipping Policy

We are currently experiencing shipping delays due to COVID-19, but we’re working hard to get your orders to you. Please expect 3 - 5 business days for processing. Shipments are not picked up by carriers on Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays. 

• SHIPPING FEE

$7.99 Shipping Fee for every single piece, and Free Shipping for orders over $59. The standard shipping method is used for orders worldwide, 4PX is used as our shipping carrier and the last mile carrier will depend on the country, for example, USPS for the states and Canada Post for Canada.

• Processing Time

All orders will be processed in 3-5 business days. We need to double confirm your size and prepare the parcel. A tracking code will be given once the parcel is sent out. 

• Delivery Duration

Delivery time to different countries differs. Normally it takes 10-15 business days to the United States, Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, and others. For Puerto Rico, Guam, Hawaii, Alaska, and the Virgin Islands, it takes 15-25 business days.

• Tax

The customer needs to pay for the customs duty or tax if you need to. We do not bear any customs duty or tax. 

• For Example

If you order a bra, it will need 3-5 business days of processing time and 10-25 business days of shipping time. Therefore, you are expected to receive it in 13-30 business days.
